Janine Ballingall brings more than 25 years of experience in the geophysical and energy sectors. As Co-Founder and President & CEO of Chronos, she leads commercial strategy and governance, aligning financial, operational, and client priorities throughout project delivery.

She works directly with clients and partners to establish clear objectives, structure projects for success, and maintain accountability from early planning through close-out. Working closely with Chronos’ operations team, she helps ensure commercial commitments are supported by practical plans and informed decisions.

Her background in operations, financial management, and business performance informs an approach centred on clear responsibilities, disciplined execution, and lasting client relationships.

Janine previously served as Director of Finance for the Canadian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (CSEG) and is a past board member of the Canadian Association of Geophysical Contractors (CAGC).
