As Co-Founder and President of Chronos, Janine leads the company’s commercial strategy—aligning business objectives with disciplined execution across all service areas. She works closely with clients and partners to ensure projects are structured for success, delivered with accountability, and aligned with long-term value.

Janine has led large-scale operations, optimized organizational performance, and developed strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and support sustainable growth. Her ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable direction has made her a trusted advisor across the energy and geophysical sectors.

She is an active contributor to the industry, having served as Director of Finance for the Canadian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (CSEG) and currently serving on the Board of the Canadian Association of Geophysical Contractors (CAGC).
