As Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development, Billy leads client engagement and market development at Chronos. He works closely with clients and partners to understand priorities, identify opportunities, and build relationships that support long-term success.

Billy began his career in the field on seismic crews in Western Canada, later leading exploration operations internationally. That experience informs his approach today—ensuring solutions are practical, aligned, and executable under real-world conditions.

He is known for his ability to connect clients, projects, and partners efficiently—bringing clarity, responsiveness, and accountability to every engagement.
