Billy Mooney brings more than 20 years of experience in seismic operations, energy services, and client engagement. He began his career on seismic crews in Western Canada before leading exploration operations internationally, building a firsthand understanding of the demands of field execution.

As Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development at Chronos, Billy leads client relationships and market development. He works directly with clients and partners to understand project objectives, clarify priorities, and identify opportunities where Chronos can add value.

His operational background helps connect commercial discussions with the practical requirements of delivery. Working closely with Chronos’ land, regulatory, and operations leaders, he helps shape realistic project approaches and maintain continuity between initial discussions and execution.
