Gordon de Souza brings more than 30 years of experience in land, regulatory, and geophysical operations, with deep expertise in approvals, GIS systems, and stakeholder coordination across Western Canada.

As Co-Founder and Vice President of Land & Regulatory, Gordon leads all aspects of regulatory approvals, compliance, and project readiness at Chronos. He works directly with clients, landowners, regulators, and operational teams to navigate complex permitting processes and ensure projects are positioned for efficient, compliant execution.

His experience spans seismic mapping, environmental and land-use coordination, government applications, and private landowner engagement. Known for his analytical approach and attention to detail, Gordon brings clarity to complex regulatory environments—balancing stakeholder interests with project objectives.
